Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières) with Dr. David Elliott, 6:15-7:00 p.m., Assembly Room
Dr. David Elliott and his wife Cecilia have been attending worship at RRCB for some time now. Maybe you’ve had a chance to get to know them. Did you know that David serves as a physician with the non-profit organization, Doctors Without Borders, also called Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)? After graduating from Hermitage High School, US Military Academy at West Point, and the Medical College of VA, he served as an Army trauma surgeon and then moved into private practice. In retirement, David has served on several stints through MSF, in S. Sudan, Nepal, Jordan, and the Central African Republic. This organization seeks to send doctors to places that have the least served populations with great need. Come hear Dr. Elliott share how the Lord used, touched, and blessed him in this ministry.
