Currently with ChildFund International, Matt has served as pastor of Westhampton Baptist Church and on the ministerial staff at First Baptist Church in Hopewell. Previously he held ministerial positions at two North Carolina Baptist churches. He is a “child of the church,” having grown up in the youth programs of RRCB. He rejoined RRCB in 2009 with his wife Leslie and earned his M.Div. from Duke Divinity School.
