Summer Music Camp at River Road Church
July 10-13, 2023
12:00-3:00 p.m.
Following VBS, rising 2nd-5th graders will eat lunch (12-12:30), and have a fun at music camp! At music camp we will learn songs, play music games and trivia, ring handbells, watch instrument demos, and more. If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Bob Gallagher, Minister of Music (bobgallagher@riverroad.church).
The deadline to register for Music Camp is Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
Ages:
- Completed 1st-4th Grades (rising 2nd-5th graders)
- If you have a youth (rising 6th grader or older), they may volunteer at camp.
Cost:
- $50 per child
- Make checks payable to RRCB, write Summer Music Camp in the memo/note of the check
Lunch:
- Send a packed lunch with your child
- Refrigerators and microwaves will not be available
- Children will eat lunch after VBS, 12-12:30PM
Volunteers:
We will need volunteer support in order to make this a successful week for our children. The Music Camp team is looking for both adult and youth volunteers. A background check is required for adults. Please return the form to the church office by June 30, 2023.
If you are also volunteering for Vacation Bible School, you only need to fill out this form once.
Medical Release Form:
We will also need you to fill out a Medical Release Form. Please bring the completed form when you arrive for Music Camp on Monday, July 10, 2023.
If you are also participating in VBS, you only need to fill out this form once.
