If you think you might consider volunteering at Oak Grove Elementary School in the 2015-2016 school year, please take note of this New Mentor Training session. Training sessions are held throughout the year if this one doesn’t suit your schedule.
The next New Mentor Training session for the Micah Initiative, presented by the Virginia Mentoring Partnership, will be held at Ramsey Memorial UMC in in Room 203. Anyone interested in volunteering at Oak Grove ES may attend this free training and will complete necessary RPS background checks. Completion of the background check paperwork is a requirement for all volunteers even for one day projects. Please bring a brown bag lunch, beverages and dessert will be provided.
