If you close your eyes, you would swear it was Broadway. Located just west of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Winchester, Virginia, the Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre is the Valley’s only professional musical theatre. Celebrating their 30th Anniversary this year, the Music Theatre brings to Winchester all the color and splendor associated with Broadway Musicals. If you love an old-fashioned, Broadway musical comedy full of great music, plenty of dance, and a fun love story, then “Crazy for You” is the show for you! Gershwin favorites include “Bidin’ My Time,” “Shall We Dance?,” “Someone to Watch Over Me,” “Embraceable You,” and “I Got Rhythm.” Before the matinee, we’ve included a “Patsy Cline Tour” for you, which will include a guided, riding tour and visit the newly opened Patsy Cline Historic House where she lived. A buffet lunch is also included in the dining room at Shenandoah University (where the theatre is located).
