Church Business Meeting

12:15 p.m., Sanctuary and Zoom
We will hold a church business meeting Sunday, October 17, 2021 at 12:15 pm immediately following worship in the sanctuary and via the Zoom videoconference platform. The Zoom waiting room will open shortly after worship to allow access to the meeting, with the business meeting beginning at 12:15 p.m.
This meeting will include discussion and a vote upon messengers for annual meetings of our mission partners Richmond Baptist Association/River City Faith Network and Baptist General Association of Virginia (details below).
If you have specific questions, it would be helpful if you would submit those ahead of time as it is often difficult to accommodate large group discussion in a hybrid meeting. Please send questions to info@riverroad.church. In addition, we will attempt to facilitate any discussion that arises during the meeting.
Details for joining the meeting will be emailed to church members on October 10. If you do not receive your notice, please email or call the church office at info@riverroad.church or 804-288-1131 by Friday, October 15.
Per River Road Church bylaws, we need 100 people present at the meeting to constitute a quorum. Please make plans now to attend. Thank you.
