Church Business Meeting

12:00 p.m., Sanctuary and Zoom
We will hold a church business meeting Sunday, December 5, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. immediately following worship in the sanctuary and via the Zoom videoconference platform. The Zoom waiting room will open shortly after worship to allow access to the meeting, with the business meeting beginning at 12:00 p.m.
This meeting will include discussion and a vote upon the Nominating Committee report and a recommendation from the Board of Administration.
Details for joining the meeting were emailed to church members on December 1, and an email reminder on December 5 at 8:00 a.m.
Per River Road Church bylaws, we need 100 people present at the meeting to constitute a quorum. Please make plans now to attend. Thank you.
