Adult Wednesday Night Program
6:30 pm, April 2, Fellowship Hall
The Annual Business Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall following Wednesday Night Dinner.
We will need a quorum of 100 to conduct the business of the church.
“Whereas,
- Tom Melzoni, Ph.D, Generis, has been engaged as a Consultant to the 2014 Capital Funds Campaign, and
- After review of the giving patterns and financial statements of River Road Church, Baptist, he believes that a campaign goal of $1,500,000 is realistically achievable, and,
- After consultation with John Heisler, Chairman, and members of the Building and Property Council, and,
- Firmly believing that defined goals are important to successful fund raising,
Be it, therefore, resolved that:
- A campaign goal of $1,500,000, payable over three calendar years, be established, and, that
- After completed renovation of the Chancel Organ, that
- Unspent funds be directed, firstly, to the upgrade of Sanctuary lighting, and, secondly, to the upgrade of Sanctuary sound equipment, and, that
- Any funds remaining, after input by Building and Property Council and the general Boards of River Road Church, be used as directed by the congregation.”
