You are probably aware that as we were preparing for the 2018-2019 school year at the River Road Church Preschool Development Center, we received news that our director, Lyndsay McGreevey, had resigned to take a promotion with the LeafSpring School System. Our sadness at Lyndsay’s departure was tempered by the fact that Kay Starke, an experienced and dedicated educator, stepped in as interim director.
Throughout this transition, Kay and her staff have remained committed to our Preschool families, maintaining and building upon our excellent history in helping children grow physically, cognitively, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
Our church is in the midst of searching for the next director. We are excited to bring new and permanent leadership to our Preschool. Our committee includes individuals with experience in early childhood education, finance, business, human resources, and parenting. We request your prayers for the task before us. Thank you.
