Youth who are going to PASSPORT will have a 24-hour retreat April 12-13 at Richmond Hill. The cost is $30 per youth. Contact Chester for more information.
6th graders have the option of going to either PASSPORTkids! or PASSPORTchoices.

If your child or youth is attending one of the camps above, it is required to have a Medical Release Form. Please print or download the PASSPORT Camper Medical Release Form. You may fill out the form on your computer and print it out, or print it out and fill it in by hand.
If you are interested in being a chaperone for either camp, it is required for you to have a Medical Release Form as well. Please print or download the PASSPORT Camp Adult Chaperone Medical Release Form. You may fill out the form on your computer and print it out, or print it out and fill it in by hand.
Both of the forms require a Notary’s signature. Susan Young in our Front Office is a Public Notary.
