We will be hosting 40 women

How can you help?

  • Preparing Bag Lunches – You assemble the lunches in our Church Kitchen and the food is provided. (Time is flexible)
  • Making Dinners – We will pair you up with other church members who also want to help in this area. (If you are not part of a signed up group, you are more than welcome to come help! Extra hands are always useful.)
  • Helping Serve Meals – We will pair you up with other church members who also want to help in this area.
  • Spending the Night – 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. This requires making coffee, setting out a Continental breakfast in the morning, and handing out the packed lunches.
    • New This Year:
      • Women can spend the night (in pairs of women)
      • Married couples can spend the night
  • Making Cookies – We need 80 cookies per day; we will need 2 cookies in a ziplock bag for 40 lunches. You will bring the cookies to the Church on the morning of an assigned day.
  • Offering Special Talents – Special talents can be a range of different things from haircuts, to minor sewing projects.
  • Helping Set Up Cots – Saturday, February 16 at 1:30 p.m.
  • Toiletry Items – Toiletry Items are provided to CARITAS members. Please place donated items in the labeled box on the Missions’ Tables in the Commons areas.
