Spring 2020
Our TFC programs for the Spring 2020 semester are now available. TFC-Youth will continue to meet weekly with Marnie for Games & Dessert. TFC-Kids includes weekly choir rehearsal, as well as Missions and Games & Snacks. TFC-Adults programs range in Bible study opportunities, missions focus, and more. Highlights include: Psalms with Bert Browning, the “Grace of Les Mis” with Roy Terry and Andrew Terry, LUCHA Ministries with Greg and Sue Smith, and CARITAS with Tiffany Terry.
The season will kick off with two churchwide opportunities. On January 8, all ages will gather in the Fellowship Hall for TFC-Churchwide: Epiphany Celebration. We will celebrate the coming of the Magi and focus on their following the star that revealed the location where the baby and family were found. On January 15, all ages will gather for TFC-Multigenerational: MLK. Be challenged and inspired by the faith and peaceful presence of Martin Luther King, Jr. TFC-Adults will be led by Ed Pruden, TFC-Youth will be led by Marnie Fisher-Ingram, and TFC-Kids will be led by Sandy Rooney.

What is TFC?
Thoughtful Faith Community (TFC) is a time for our congregation to come together for fellowship and education.
The schedule has been aligned the schedule to allow children, youth, and adults to participate more fully, allowing Wednesday nights to be a time of fellowship and faith formation for the whole family.
What are TFC-Churchwide and TFC-Multigenerational programs?
TFC-Churchwide is an opportunity for all ages to gather together to learn and celebrate. While TFC-Multigenerational provides opportunities for all ages to learn about the same topic, but in their age groups (adults, youth, and kids).

Wednesday Night Dinner
As a church family, a meal is served around tables in the Fellowship Hall. During this time of fellowship, announcements, birthdays and anniversaries, and prayer concerns are shared.
Dinners are being prepared by Christopher Ahart and Madelyn Albright. The dinner menu includes meat, vegetarian, and children’s entrées, along with a variety of sides including a salad bar, vegetables, and dessert.
Reservations are required by 11AM on Mondays before the dinner. You may make your reservation by contacting the church office or filling out the form online.
- Adults & Youth – $9/person
- Children (each) – $5/person
- Family Max – $25/family
How do I make my dinner reservation?
Dinner reservations are required each week, and we ask that you make your reservation by 11AM on Monday morning.
You can make your reservation by calling the church office or you may fill out the form on the church website. When making you’re reservation, you will have the option to select your entrée: meat, vegetarian, or kids.
Dinner reservations are available beginning at 4PM the Wednesday (week) before.
Pre-paid Standing Reservations
The pre-paid reservation provides a 10% discount from the normal individual prices, while the Family Max reservation already includes a discount for families.
The deadline to sign-up and pre-pay is anytime before the first dinner on January 8, 2020. To make your standing reservation, please call the Church Office (804-288-1131) and mail your payment, or make your reservation and pay online.
