The Board of Missions is sponsoring Thanksgiving Boxes that will be distributed through the Oregon Hill Baptist Center. Boxes will be provided to each Sunday School Class asking for them to be filled with Thanksgiving-like food items. A shopping list will be attached to the box. A printable shopping list is available here or in the Upper or Lower Commons.
Additional boxes are available for any other church individual or groups to fill for donation. Please contact Judy Morris or Laura Lee Chandler with any questions or for additional boxes.
Please note: we do not distribute boxes to the community; all boxes are donated to the Oregon Hill Baptist Center.
Please have filled boxes available for pick-up in your class by Sunday, November 17. You may also leave donations in the designated bins at Missions Table in the Lower Commons. Please note: any items placed in the green grocery carts will be collected and donated with our First Sunday Food Share and NOT the Thanksgiving Baskets.
