Choir Pilgrimage to the West of England

We have received a question about arranging flights when you wish to extend your trip on the front or back end of the tour dates.
There are two options:
- Richardson & Gray can arrange your flight. Up to 10% of the tour group with flights arranged by Richardson & Gray may have a deviation of departure/return date.
- You may book your own flight.
In the ‘Travel Plans’ section of the Intention Form, please indicate if you will depart early or return after the group. This section has been updated to allow you to indicate if you wish for your flight to be arranged by Richardson & Gray or you wish to book your own flight. If you have already filled out the Intention Form, you will be contacted via email (uk2019@riverroad.church) about your flight plans.
The deposit schedule will be adjusted once we have a final count for the tour group (Group size determines the final tour package price.). This will also distinguish deposit amounts for those with flights arranged through Richardson & Gray vs those booking their own flight.
Please note that the first deposit amount of $350, due no later than August 16, is required for registration regardless of your flight arrangements.
