Tom is President Emeritus of Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond, having retired in 2007. He previously pastored churches in NC and FL, and served on the faculty of Southeastern Baptist Seminary. He teaches the Shepherd Bible Study Class at RRCB, where he and his wife Wendy have been members since 1991. He earned his Ph.D. from Southern Baptist Seminary.
