River Road Church moderator Dan Stevens will lead a conversation with the congregation and Dr. Clingenpeel about his retirement later this year, the Pastor search process, and the church during the interim. This will not be a formal business meeting, so no quorum will be required. Dr. Clingenpeel announced recently that he will retire on November 22 of this year. You can read his letter here.
