Frank is President of the Virginia Baptist Historical Society, and a retired Chaplain of Lakewood Manor. He earned a B.A. degree from UR, an M.S. in business from Amber University in Dallas, and his M.Div. from Southeastern Seminary. He completed his clinical pastoral education at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine. He and his wife Bette have been River Road members since 2006.
